nut lovers..

Nuts are good to us for lowering our cholesterol besides it helps protect our heart.It leads to atherosclerotic plaque formation and hardening of the arteries.It also defends against diabetes and counters cancer.Its function is slowing progression of some cancer cell and help destroy free radical that cause cancer.What an incredible nuts can do..


p/s: people who frequently eat nuts are thinner than those who don't because it decreases hunger,so,it makes people eat less at meals.
